Enameled lava stone brings together the strength of natural volcanic stone and the expressive depth of ceramic glaze.
Each piece is carefully shaped, prepared, colored and kiln-fired in our New Jersey workshop. Natural variations in color, texture and fine crackling give every surface its own distinctive character.
Built on natural stone fabrication experience dating back to 2006, Lava Cera Stone brings established craftsmanship and specialized ceramic glazing together under one roof.
The result is a durable, easy-to-clean material created for interiors, furniture and custom architectural applications.

Every project is different. That is why we offer custom colors, dimensions, shapes and edge details.
Custom Color
Colors can be developed from RAL references or physical samples, with an approval sample prepared before production. Multiple colors may also be combined within the same piece.
Shape & Edge Details
Available forms include round, oval, square, rectangular and softly rounded designs. Edges can be glazed or left open to reveal the natural lava stone beneath.
Natural variation: Because every piece is kiln-fired, subtle differences in tone, texture and fine crackling are a natural part of the finished surface.

From Raw Stone to Finished Surface
Our work combines natural stone fabrication experience since 2006 with specialized ceramic glazing techniques.
At our Wayne workshop, each piece moves through a carefully managed process:
01 – Cutting & Shaping
The lava stone is sized and cut according to the project specifications.
02 – Edge & Surface Preparation
Edges, openings and surfaces are prepared for the selected design.
03 – Color & Glaze Application
Engobe, ceramic glaze and custom colors are applied by hand.
04 – Kiln Firing
The glazed stone is fired at high temperature to create its characteristic surface.
05 – Quality Control & Packaging
Each completed piece is inspected, carefully packed and prepared for delivery.

We work directly with architects, interior designers, fabricators and private clients to develop surfaces tailored to each project.
Samples can be prepared for color and surface approval. Measurements, delivery, installation and support details are evaluated according to the location and scope of the project.
Based in New Jersey, we serve residential and commercial projects across the United States and arrange protective packaging and long-distance shipping when required.
